Welcome to Frands Jensen A/S | PREGO dealer web shop. Here you as a retailer can order current items from Frands Jensen A/S | PREGO. When you shop in the retailer web shop, you automatically accept the conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully before you shop with us.

NEW CUSTOMER

You can of course see all our items on the web shop without being logged in or created as a customer. You must be registered as a retailer to shop with us.

ORDER

After ordering, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which also contains information about the delivery address.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a purchase invoice by e-mail, as well as an email with track and trace information.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

All retailer prices on Frands Jensen A/S | PREGO retailer web shop’s English language version are stated in EURO and are exclusive of 25% VAT. All recommended retail prices are stated in EURO including 25% VAT.

At the dealer web shop you can pay via invoice, with Visa or Mastercard, the amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are sent from our warehouse.

We treat credit card information confidentially and we never store the information. Since it is our payment provider (DIBS) that makes the credit card entry page available, we are never in possession of information from your credit card This is done to ensure the privacy between us and you. We only store the necessary information that will be used to deduct the amount from your account, i.e. we only store the payment ID that we receive from PBS (via DIBS).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are delivered ex.works and freight is added. All packages are delivered with PostNord or partner carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery

Your order is delivered as a parcel shipment via PostNord or partner carrier. The normal delivery time in Denmark is 1-2 working days (5-6 working days in the EU) after we have received the order.

If delays occur at the carrier, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the planned delivery date. Frands Jensen A / S | PREGO cannot be held responsible in B2B transactions for delays with the carrier and conditions that are out of our reach, including weather conditions, inadequate delivery from third parties etc.

In general

We always send your orders as parcel post with track & trace. This means that you can follow the package way to you, and we can track the package in case of delivery problems.

If the package and / or the contents are damaged or something is missing in the package upon receipt, you must contact us as soon as possible and within 7 working days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a PREGO dealer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at via our web shop or by phone. If you order in connection with a consultant visit, at trade fairs or similar, where the products are presented, the right of withdrawal lapses.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your order.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Returning part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Remember to enclose a copy of your delivery note which was received upon delivery. See also more in the section “Condition of the item if you send it back”.

Return

If you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport. We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address with track & trace.

Items that have been ordered in connection with consultant visits, trade fairs or similar, where the products are presented is not covered by the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

Condition of the item if you send it back

When returning, you must send the item back in the same condition and in the original packaging – ie. in polybag, with package leaflets and case etc.

If the item is damaged or the original packaging is missing or defective, the return will not be accepted.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is damaged or the original packaging is missing or defective, the return will not be accepted.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

As a PREGO dealer, you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months from the date of purchase invoice on invoiced goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If your complaint is justified, Frands Jensen A/S | PREGO if possible spare parts for repair or replacement of parts for goods supplied by Frands Jensen A/S | PREGO, to the extent that the goods in normal use show material or production defects.

Products that have sunk, been altered, broken or damaged or have been damaged due to improper treatment, including failure to comply with the instructions for use or misuse, are not considered complaints.

Scratches, accidents or misuse and damage due to improper use, alterations, service, or repair, performed by anyone other than an authorized dealer to whom the item has been sold are not considered complaints.

In the event of a justified complaint, spare parts will for the most part be available for most PREGO products, but there is no guarantee for this.

Only authentic PREGO products will be covered by the warranty. Items or components such as adjusted lenses or prescription lenses are not covered by the right of complaint.

In case of complaint, we have an easy solution that saves us all time and money for return postage. All you have to do is:

  1. Send 1-2 pictures documenting the complaint to our customer service.
  2. Please state your store name, customer number (phone number) and contact person on the case.
  3. State model number and describe what the complaint is about.
  4. We will contact you afterwards – usually the same day. Is your inquiry urgent, please contact us by phone.

Please do not return any products without prior agreement as we can often handle the case via picture documentation.

SPARE PARTS

If the damage is not covered by the warranty and you need a spare part for a PREGO Premium sunglasses, we can mostly help you.

You will basically receive a complete new pair of sunglasses and be invoiced for the sunglasses’ shopping list price -30% spare part discount.

We reserve the right to require photo documentation in connection with ordering spare parts.
